Over the last 20 years, Spanish cuisine has developed a spectacular movement of evolution, creativity and innovation.
The work performed by chefs has made modern Spanish cuisine a benchmark on the world stage.
The key factor behind this evolution has been the relationship between the professionals, dialogue, openness, solidarity and generosity within the food sector.
Today, in many countries around the world with a strong food culture, we are witnessing movements of transformation and innovation in cuisine.
Therefore, the aim of the Culinary Connection, promoted by the BCC, is to connect with chefs from different countries; and to share the values that have arisen in Spanish innovative cuisine with chefs from other parts in order to consolidate a global culinary community that shares the same values.
