V Culinary Connection Encounter Moscow

Joxe Mari Aizega, General Director of Basque Culinary Centre, accompanied the following guest chefs:

• Quique Dacosta
• Marcos Morán

and the teacher of the Basque Culinary Centre, Jorge Bretón.

In addition to sharing knowledge with the most important chefs in Russia, Dacosta and Moran offered a modern cookery workshop in the prestigious Ragout School of Cookery and were responsible for preparing a dinner for 100 attendees with the help of the teacher from the Basque Culinary Centre.
